- Or any theme or design that you preferred.

HOUR OF SERVICES
Does photo booth setup include in the hour of services?
- NO, the hour of services will not start until the photo booth is ready.
- The hour of services start after the 1st shot taken at the photo booth.
I book for 3 hours of services and want to top up another 1 hour for the photo booth.(during event)
- YES,you can top up for 1,2 or 3 hours of services with additional charges.
- Additional charges is RM300/hour.
If i want to top up hours of services before event?
- YES,you can,but you need to choose the package that suits your event.
- Minimum is 3 days before event.
PHOTO BOOTH SETUP
When the photo booth will be setup?
- Setup will be done 1-2 hours before the event start.
How long to setup the photo booth?
- It takes around 20-30 minutes to setup the photo booth.
Do we need to reserved a space for the photo booth?
- YES, a 6 x 6 feet space will be enough for the photo booth.
Do you require electricity?
- YES, we do need the electricity to operate.
My event is an outdoor event, is it possible?
- We advice you to place us below a tent.
- We can not operate if rain.
PAYMENT TERMS
I want to book Kachakbox for my event. Is there any booking deposit?
- YES, for booking, we required RM200 as a deposit to lock the date.
After booking deposit, when do we pay for the balance?
- You need to clear the remaining balance to our team before the event start.
- We accept cash,online transfer & cheque only.
SOFT COPIES
Do we get the soft copies?
- YES, after 10 working days from the date of event.
How do you send the soft copies?
- We will share the link to your email.
Do you provide any USB Pendrive for the soft copies?
- We do not provide any USB pendrive for the soft copies
